We had a very difficult uneven part tile and part wood with a 40mm dip in the middle. We’d had a couple of other tilers turn up to quote who clearly couldn’t cope with the task.
Nigel came out, explained everything to us that needed doing and gave me a quote on the day. There was a bit of preparation needed by myself before Nigel and his son could start. We had a few questions and Nigel came back to see us and reassured us everything would be fine Nigel made sure we could still use the kitchen each night so we weren’t inconvenienced too much.
We have been left with an extremely good finish, we’re extremely satisfied with the quality of the workmanship.

Absolutely blinding job, especially impressed with Nigel's perfect finish considering how unflat and unsquare the walls were that he had to work with! Also Nigel was very attentive and patient with my presence, working around me, dealing with snags not of his making, and discussing options for the job on the go as I had a general vision for how it should look but no idea as to how best to achieve it... Excellent work at a good price
We needed to replace an old bath with a walk-in shower. It was essential that the floor of the shower was non-slip. Tiling the walls previously covered by the bath and lifting the base of the shower to clear a water trap in the concrete floor was also a necessity. We rang Nigel and he visited the next day to survey the situation, arriving exactly on time. We explained what we would like, if possible. He was very helpful explaining things. We got the shower screen + tiles and he would get the shower base + provide all other materials. A week later he started, arriving on time again. The bath was cut in half to get out of our small bathroom, then the floor level was raised with wooden supports before the rest of the work could be done. The work was completed in less than 3 days. Nigel worked very hard + tidied up at the end of each day. Every day he told us what he planned to do. Now it looks amazing. Very high standard of work. Excellent tiling. Would recommend Nigel to anyone.
